Our family history goes back over one hundred years starting in Northern Bavaria where Helmut’s grandfather, a master tradesman, started making and selling products produced on the family homestead. Helmut’s father, after learning the trade and gaining experience working as a sausage maker in Germany and Switzerland, chose to start a new life in Canada where he and his family continued the tradition of his father for the next 50 years.
Helmut, Monica and staff continue to uphold Helmut’s fore fathers devotion to the art of Charcuterie.
